During my time in the year 2 classroom, I was able to observe a lot of how the children behave and how the teachers teach. My first observation was the size of the classroom how big it was and the contents in it, with certain posters up Eg- numbers, letters, sounds etc and many activities set up around the room.

My observations for kindergarten were the smaller classroom, different activities set out and the different posters pointing out that they are just learning how to read and write. 

Next was what they were learning, in English they were learning  s,m,t,a and how to use those in words, the sounds it makes and how to write the letter correctly- for Maths they were learning multiplication and division -( very basic levels)- and lastly for art they had to draw their family, watching a video to see how to draw one.

The instrument I decided to learn was the piano, I have recently been taking lessons at---
