In the big picture program, I have adapted well to the new way of learning being the independent side of it. The independent learning style refers to you studying/learning by yourself so it's all on you to do stuff and get help from adults in these fields or even your teachers, while this style sounds great on paper it is very difficult for most because it requires a high work ethic and attention span with lots of motivation and drive. Without those things you can struggle due to all the work that can pile up on you, I liked the idea once I started to work I was nervous because I had to learn, I was responsible for my education. It took me a bit to get used to this style, even now I still sometimes mess up but I think it can be beneficial if I use my time here correctly.

I feel that I'm ready to make the transition into years 11 and 12. I am content with what I have learned over the years and the passions I have tried and pursued. For years 11 and 12 I am going to be doing the same project for the rest of my school time (primary education and art). Overall I am happy with Big picture and I can't wait for the future.

Over the course of my time in Big Picture, I have explored many pathways and careers that I was interested to some degree. These passions I have explored was animation so something art themed to then a vet, pet groomer than I went to language and culture delving into different cultures and exploring jobs in that area of expertise. finally, I went to education and character development in art and continued that for two terms although I only really explored it this term due to staying at home during covid I had little motivation to do anything. I know that I have come to a halt in terms of productivity but I know this isn't where I stop, I know that I can do better and that I am truly passionate about these projects I just need to find myself and that motivation and drive that I lost due to personal circumstances.

Overall this term and this whole experience have helped me to continue to further my research into what I truly have a passion for. Even if I don't find that true passion I'm very grateful for this whole new learning pathway and what it has taught me. I am going to continue to further my knowledge in teaching and art not only that but in the smaller skills like researching and how I use my creativity in presenting and or my project in general. I know I deserve to be in years 11 and 12 I just need to work harder than I have been.
